Living Quarters

We offer spacious, private, indoor/outdoor runs for our canine guests. Each outdoor patio is 16 feet long and covered for protection from all types of weather.  For our feline friends, we offer comfy kitty condos complete with a view of the great outdoors. All guest quarters feature complete climate control, which includes radiant heat in colder months and air conditioning during the summer. The access to the outdoor portion of runs is open from 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. for your dog’s comfort, depending on the weather conditions.

Meals

To avoid stomach upset, we prefer to feed the diet your pet is accustom to at home. There is no additional cost to serve a diet brought from home.  We ask if food from home is provided, please supply it in an air-tight, clearly labeled container or pre-bagged and labeled for each meal in a Ziploc bag.

If you prefer us to provide food, we offer our canine guests Purina One Chicken & Rice dry dog food, as well as canned food if requested.  Our feline guests are offered Purina dry cat food.  We offer feedings twice daily, but can accommodate additional feedings if required.

Belongings

We provide guests with fresh, clean bedding during their stay (fleece blankets, comforters, and raised beds) so there is no need to provide your own.  You are welcome to bring toys, treats or chews with your pet, provided they are not chew hazards. Please bring only items which are expendable.  We do our best to return all items in the same condition left, but we are not responsible for any damage to personal items.  

Boarding Requirements

For the health and safety of all our guests, proof of current vaccinations is required. In the event that these vaccines are not up to date, please be sure they are administered at least one week prior to boarding. This ensures adequate protection.

Requirements for dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP/CV) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella)
Requirements for cats: Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP)

Rates and Fees

Boarding charges are accrued daily, just like a hotel, beginning on the arrival date.  See below for current rates. We require a $50 Deposit for every holiday weekend and any reservation 3 or more nights, which will come off your bill at the end of your stay. Any reservations for more than one week require a $100 deposit each week. Should you need to cancel you must give 72 hours notice to receive a refund.
